Problem

Gaxa Online Services & Marketplaces Hub identified a major gap in the local commerce ecosystem:

• No organized local marketplace
• Facebook groups were cluttered and unreliable
• Lack of trust between buyers and sellers
• No verification system
• Dependence on third-party platforms

This created challenges in buying and selling goods efficiently.
