We primarily deliver digital services and software. Here’s how fulfillment and delivery work.
Digital Delivery
Murmu Software Infotech delivers services, project files, access credentials, reports, and other deliverables digitally via email, cloud links, Git repositories, dashboards, or client portals. We do not ship physical products unless explicitly agreed in writing.
No Physical Shipping
As Murmu Software Infotech primarily provides digital services and software solutions, no physical shipping, courier delivery, or shipment tracking is applicable for most transactions. All deliverables are shared electronically unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery Timelines
- Project timelines and milestones are defined in proposals or signed agreements.
- Minor tasks (e.g., changes, fixes) may be delivered based on support priority and scope.
- Delivery may depend on client approvals, content, credentials, and third-party services.
Access & Handover
On completion (or milestone delivery), we may share source code, deployment links, admin access, documentation, credentials, and training details as per the agreement. For security, credentials should be changed by the client after handover where applicable.
Delays
Delays can occur due to changes in scope, incomplete client inputs, pending approvals, force majeure events, or third-party outages (hosting, APIs, payment gateways, etc.). We will communicate any material delays as reasonably possible.
Delivery & Refunds
Delivery timelines and fulfillment terms are linked to the agreed project scope and milestones. Any refund or cancellation requests related to delivery are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy and the applicable project agreement.
Physical Delivery (If Applicable)
If a project requires physical delivery (e.g., printed materials or hardware), shipping fees, courier method, delivery address, and timelines will be shared in writing and may vary by location.

Our services are operated and delivered from India. Delivery timelines and fulfillment are governed by Indian business practices and applicable laws.
