Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and workflow automation. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
Core Responsibilities & Technical Expertise
- •ServiceNow Development: Build and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules.
- •Integrations: Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with enterprise systems.
- •Automation: Implement workflow automation, Virtual Agent solutions, and AI-driven enhancements.
- •Platform Optimization: Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- •Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- •Implement Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Glide scripting solutions.
- •Design and develop REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party systems.
- •Integrate ServiceNow with middleware platforms and monitoring tools.
- •Configure and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and Integration Hub capabilities.
- •Support workflow automation initiatives and Agentic AI-driven processes.
- •Perform testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- •Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- •5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
- •Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide Scripting, Business Rules, and UI Policies.
- •Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations."
- •Knowledge of middleware integrations and monitoring tools.
- •Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Now Assist, and Integration Hub.
- •Exposure to Agentic AI concepts and workflow automation.
- •Good understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
- •Experience in testing, deployment, and technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- •ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- •ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- •Experience working in enterprise ITSM environments.
- •Knowledge of advanced ServiceNow platform capabilities and emerging AI features.
