SAP ABAP Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with 6–7 years of hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP development, enhancements, integrations, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments, along with mandatory exposure to BRIM-SOM. Core Responsibilities & Technical Expertise

• •ABAP Development: Build and maintain scalable SAP ABAP/4 and OO ABAP solutions.
• •Integration: Develop and support IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and interface integrations.
• •Enhancements: Implement User Exits, BAdIs, and custom enhancement solutions.
• •Reporting & Forms: Create ALV Reports, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
• •erformance Optimization: Debug, tune, and optimize SAP applications for maximum efficiency.
• •BRIM-SOM: Contribute to development and support activities involving BRIM-SOM processes.

Key Responsibilities

• •Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP/4 applications and custom developments.
• •Design and implement OO ABAP solutions, ALV Reports, and custom SAP programs.
• •Work with IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and integration-related developments.
• •Implement enhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework.
• •Develop and maintain SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
• •Perform debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization to improve system efficiency."
• •Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• •Support SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA development initiatives and upgrades.

Skills & Qualifications

• •6–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• •Strong expertise in SAP ABAP/4, Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP), and ALV Reporting.
• •Proven experience with IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and SAP enhancements.
• •Good knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• •Experience working with SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
• •Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• •Mandatory exposure to SAP BRIM-SOM.
• •Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
