Salesforce Technical BSA / Configuration Specialist
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical BSA / Configuration Specialist with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and end-to-end CRM processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Lead-to-Opportunity workflows, Account and Contact management, Salesforce administration, and advanced platform configuration. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions while supporting release management and continuous platform improvement.
Core Responsibilities & Technical Expertise
- •Sales Cloud Excellence: Design and optimize Lead-to-Opportunity, Account, and Contact management workflows.
- •Platform Configuration: Build scalable solutions using Flows, Validation Rules, Security Models, Reports, and Dashboards.
- •Business Analysis: Gather requirements and translate business needs into Salesforce capabilities.
- •Release Management: Support deployments, environment management, and platform governance.
- •Technical Collaboration: Work closely with development teams on Apex, LWC, SOQL, and integrations.
- •Innovation: Drive adoption of AgentForce, Einstein AI, and modern AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- •Configure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, including Flows, Validation Rules, Security Model, Reports, and Dashboards.
- •Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce configurations and technical solutions.
- •Manage Lead-to-Opportunity processes, Account management, and Contact lifecycle workflows.
- •Support Salesforce administration, user management, permission sets, profiles, and system governance.
- •Coordinate release management activities and deployment processes across environments.
- •Collaborate with developers on Apex, LWC, SOQL, and third-party integrations.
- •Partner with stakeholders in Agile environments to deliver high-quality Salesforce enhancements.
- •Evaluate and leverage AI-powered Salesforce capabilities including AgentForce and Einstein AI features.
Skills & Qualifications
- •4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Sales Cloud.
- •Deep understanding of Lead-to-Opportunity, Account, and Contact management processes.
- •Strong Salesforce configuration skills including Flows, Lightning Experience, Validation Rules, Security Model, Reports, and Dashboards.
- •Experience with Salesforce Administration and Release Management.
- •Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- •Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- •Familiarity with CI/CD practices and deployment tools such as Copado.
- •Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools including Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.
- •Salesforce Certifications are preferred.
