Job Overview
We are seeking a top-tier Freelance Platform Bidder who treats project bidding as a high-performance sales function. You will own the entire acquisition lifecycle—from opportunity identification to deal closure on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
Core Responsibilities & KPIs
- •Opportunity ID: Use advanced filters to identify high-conversion projects (Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI).
- •Proposal Engineering: Craft custom, pain-point-driven proposals. No templates.
- •Sales Closure: Handle pre-contract communication, discovery calls, and negotiation.
- •Performance: Success measured purely on revenue and project acquisition.

Compensation Model
