Job Overview
We are hiring high-energy, street-smart Field Sales Executives who can directly visit client locations, understand real business problems, and pitch custom software development solutions. You will act as a business consultant, not just a salesperson.

Key Responsibilities
- •Field Visits: Visit offices, factories, and institutions to meet decision-makers.
- •Solution Pitching: Explain the value of custom software, ERP/CRM, and modernization.
- •Lead Generation: Generate qualified leads and close deals with structured proposals.
- •Market Intelligence: Gather local market insights and competitor offerings.
Skills & Qualifications
- •High energy, confident, and presentable personality.
- •Strong face-to-face communication and persuasion skills.
- •Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
- •Goal-oriented with hunger to close deals.
Compensation & Growth
